Nvidia officially announced the existence of the latest, mightiest and fastest graphics processing unit yet -
         "The Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080Ti."

After many months of speculation, NVIDIA has officially announced the existence of its new graphics card: the GeForce GTX 1080Ti.
NVIDIA chief executive Jen-Hsun Huan unveiled the new graphics card onstage at the Game Developers Conference 2017 in San Francisco this week.
The GeForce GTX 1080Ti is NVIDIA's fastest gaming graphics processing unit (GPU) yet. Compared to the GTX 1080, the GTX 1080Ti
delivers up to 35 percent more performance
than what its predecessor is capable of.
It comes with 11 GB of next-generation GDDR5X memory and runs at a staggering rate of 11 Gbps. Best of all, it will be launching next week for the price of $699. The price tag of the GeForce GTX 1080Ti is significantly cheaper than the current king of graphic cards, the $1200 Titan X card, which NVIDIA claims its new graphics card can outperform in terms of speed.

According to NVIDIA, the GeForce GTX 1080Ti is the most powerful and efficient hardware that the tech company has ever developed. One of the reasons why the card has significantly better performance compared to earlier NVIDIA cards is its cooling solution, covering more surface area of the graphics card. Hence, not only can the GTX 1080Ti run cooler, it also runs much quieter.
NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 1080Ti will be available on March 10 at 10 a.m. PT from hardware partners. Prices will start at $699 for the graphic card's standard model and bin cards.
